Before contacting support

1. Confirm the provider is shown as available in Provider Catalog. Experimental compatibility can be maintenance-disabled.
2. Check the network and try an individual refresh again later. Provider rate limits and schema changes can temporarily stop refresh.
3. Open Diagnostics in Settings. It is designed to redact credentials, OAuth codes, cookies, and full email addresses.
4. For widget timing, remember that iOS controls refresh scheduling and may delay updates.

Privacy and deletion

Use Settings → Privacy & connections → Delete all local data to remove connected accounts, cached usage, rules, widget state, and credentials from device secure storage. This does not delete your account or data held by a provider. See the Privacy Policy.
